We posited positive linkage between employee thriving and innovative behaviour at workplace. The study adopted survey method to test the hypotheses. Data was collected from a sample of 223 employees working in service sector. As hypothesized, results suggest that the experience of thriving at work leads to employees engaging in innovative work behaviour.
