Mr. Milind Gawai is a Faculty of General Management and teaches Business Communication & Business Ethics at K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai. Earlier, he was at the Chetana’s Institute of Management & Research, Bandra and VES College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Chembur.

He has conducted training sessions at UAE Xchange in  Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Dockendale Ship Management (India) Pvt. Ltd., ICICI OneSource, Mumbai Port Trust, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), POSOCO (Subsidiary of Powergrid Corporation), Ambernath Ordnance Factory, V-Express (Vtrans Group), The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Institute of Chartered Accountants,  ICFAI Business School, School Guru Eduserve Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, Vartak Polytechnic Institute, etc.

Mr. Milind has been a Freelance Writer since 1998 and has contributed articles to various publications in Mumbai. Presently, he is on the editorial board and contributes editorials to spiritual magazines - Viveka Kirana & Viveka Veena. He has been a Visiting Faculty for Business Communication & Media Studies at various institutes of Mgmt & Media since 2000.

Mr. Milind holds a M.A. (Mass Communication & Journalism), M.A. (English), B.A., B.Com and a PG Diploma in Journalism. He is currently pursuing his PhD on ‘Emotional Intelligence & Communication Effectiveness’.

His areas of expertise are Communication & Personality, Body Language, Listening Skills, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Emotional Intelligence and Business Ethics.
