At present working as an Associate Professor with K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai. PhD. in IT Management with more than fifteen years’ experience in teaching Computer Science and IT related subjects like Big data analytics, Data Science, Web Technologies to postgraduate students. Conducted MDP and guest lectures on Big Data Analytics, Advanced Excel tools to various Companies such as GBL, INS Hamla, BARC, and academic institutes. 

Published/Presented many research papers at international and national level conferences and reputed journals with ABDC listing, Scopus, IEEE, etc.

Expertise in Curriculum design and development. Acted as a member of the board of studies (BOS) for MCA - University of Mumbai (MU) from 2009 - 2012. She is an approved examiner, moderator, paper setter, and member of the local inquiry committee for affiliation of colleges to MU. She is a panel member as a subject matter expert for various subjects and syllabus formation for the MCA program since 2005 at MU. She has been a member of the technical committee of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) conference and reviewer for their journals.

Proven computer skills with an in-depth knowledge of Hadoop, MapReduce programming, Pig, Hive, HBase, NoSQL databases, Java, R Programming, .NET, and Advanced MS Excel tools. Good interpersonal skills with time management, adaptability, problem-solving, commitment to excellence, and a result-driven approach.
