Somaiya Social Cell

The Somaiya Social Cell is a voluntary body formed by students of the Institute  and aims at making a difference in the lives of the various communities it works for.

The Somaiya Social Cell was established in 2003. The Cell, headed by a Faculty Advisor comprises students from the first and second year of the Management Institute; the second year students mentor the first year students who in turn serve as the major drivers. Every year, the projects are carried out in two categories one comprising of projects that are carried over from the previous year and the other consisting of projects initiated in the present year.
