INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING APPLICATION FORM:

General Instructions:

Separate Forms and Demand Draft/Credit Card payment to be sent for PGDM / PGDM(IB) Courses.
Please take a printout of the filled form with all details, paste a passport size photograph at the space provided and attach the following :
• Photocopies of the Work Experience Certificates & latest pay slip (to claim credits for work experience), if any.

        Copy of Appointment Letter from the present company.

          Copy of the latest pay slip from the present company.

          Original will have to be produced at the time of GD/PI , without which no credit will be awarded.

        Work Experience Certificate/s  from the previous employers should be submitted.

 

As soon as you SUBMIT the online Application form you will receive a confirmation email and SMS that your form has been successfully submitted.


• Photo copy of CAT Admit Card or GMAT Registration / Score Card (whichever is applicable) , and,
Payment can be made by Credit Card (with no extra cost) /  ZIP CASH / Demand Draft of Rs. 1550/-
in favor of "K.J Somaiya Institute Management Studies & Research" payable at Mumbai or Receipt of Learning Centre (IMS / Career Forum / Career Launcher  /Professional Tutorial)

Filling the Form:

  1. In order to fill the online application form you have to create the USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  2. Please  fill the email ID correctly since the communication with the Institute will be  through email only.
  3. Fill the 9   digits of CAT Registration Number as given in your CAT Admit Card. / Fill the 12 digits  GMAT Registration Number as given in your GMAT Registration Card.

 

There are Four Sections in the Form. You can fill each one separately and save the details.

  1. Course : Click the radio button for  your selection of the course.
  2. Choice of GD/PI Centre: Please Select Group Discussion or Personal Interview Centre for K J Somaiya. Please note that request for change of Group Discussion or Personal Interview Centre will not be entertained.
  3. Bachelor’s Degree: If you have completed the bachelor’s degree course, select the circle against “Completed” & if you are in the final year of the degree course at the time of applying, select the circle against “Under completion”. Please note that you are eligible to apply for this course, only if you have either passed at least a 3 year degree course or are in the final year of such a degree course. 

 

Marks for Graduation:

If completed

Enter the marks obtained in Bachelors Degree as given in your final year mark-sheet on which basis your “Division” is awarded.

 

If  NOT Completed

Enter the total/aggregate marks for the years/semesters of the degree/graduation course completed till date. Same pattern should be followed for “out of” box.

 

Master Degree: Enter only if applicable and Masters Degree is completed. Do not enter marks of PART I. Enter the aggregate / total marks. Enter the marks obtained in Masters Degree as given in your final year mark-sheet on which basis your “Division” is awarded.

 

Professional Course: Enter only if applicable and completed. Enter the aggregate percentage of marks obtained in Professional Courses like CA / ICWA etc (only if completed). Enter the marks obtained in professional course as given in your final mark-sheet on which basis professional degree is awarded.

 

Signature, Date and Place: Kindly sign and mention the date and place by the candidate in the relevant boxes. The form is likely to be rejected if it is not signed by the candidate at the relevant space.
