1) The candidates who are/will be allotted the seats in our Institute through CAP are required to take their admission
by paying the fee (as in Sr. No. 2) and submit the necessary documents listed below.
2) Candidates of this batch are required to pay a fee of Rs.76,215/-* (candidates graduated from University of Mumbai) and Rs.76,435/-* (candidates graduated from other than University of Mumbai) by way of Demand Draft in favour of “SIMSR” and should also submit documents listed below and also on our website as well as D.T.E. brochure.

· Hostel Facility
Hostel
facilities is available for both Boys and Girls on request.
SIMSR Hostel fee of Rs.60,250/- (For the period Mid July 2008 to April 2009) by
a Demand Draft in favour of “SIMSR Hostel” payable at Mumbai. The mess charges
of Rs.2,000/- per month has to be paid seperately(cash).
Following documents in original and along with five attested Photocopies are required for MCA Admission (2008-2011)
01) Three Latest Passport size Photograph.
02) CET Score Card.
03) DTE Allotment letter. (Printout to be taken from D.T.E. Website).
04) S.S.C. Marksheet and Passing Certificate.
05) H.S.C. Marksheet and Passing Certificate.
06) Bachelor Degree Marksheet (All Semester) and Degree/Passing Certificate.
07) Transfer Certificate (Candidates Graduated from University of Mumbai).
08) Caste Certificate (if applicable).
09) Caste Validity (if applicable).
10) Non Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable).
11) Domicile Certificate (Maharashtra State Candidate), clearly indicating the place of permanent residence of the father/mother.
12) Nationality Certificate.
13) Provisional Statement of Eligibility from University of Mumbai, Kalina – those students who have graduated from other than University of Mumbai.
14) Migration Certificate (Candidates from other than University of Mumbai)
15) GAP Certificate on Rs.100 Stamp Paper (format available on our website) (Notarized).
16) Proforma F (Page No.37 can be fill by PH1, PH2, & PH3 (Orthopedic Disorder) Proforma F1 (Page No. 38) only fill by PH3 (Learning Disability) Candidates.
17) For Candidates who have changed their name/or in whose name there is difference in the certificate should give an affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper (Notarized).
Note: The fee is provisional and the final fee for the 2008-2009, 2009-2010 will be decided by the Shikshan Shulk Samiti/competent authority and the student will have to pay the difference (if any) as decided by them.
