1)        The Provisionally Allotted Candidates are required to pay the fee and complete the admission formalities on or before 29-07-10 (upto 04.00 p.m.). The Candidates are required to pay the fee between 11.00 a.m. and 04.00 p.m.

 

2)        Candidates of this batch are required to pay a fee of Rs.87,935/- (candidates graduated from University of Mumbai) and Rs.88,655/- (candidates graduated from other than University of Mumbai) by way of Demand Draft in favour of “K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research” Payable at Mumbai and should also submit documents listed below and also on our website as well as D.T.E. brochure.

 

3)  The admission is provisional and is subject to the final approval of Jt. DTE / DTE / University of Mumbai / Pravesh Niyantran Samiti

 

Note : Candidates should submit a separate demand draft for Rs.1250/- in favor of

06)        All Semesters / Year of Bachelor Degree Marksheet and Degree Certificate.

07)        Transfer Certificate (Candidates Graduated from University of Mumbai).

08)    Migration Certificate for candidates graduated from other than University of Mumbai

09)        Caste Certificate (if applicable).
10)        Caste Validity (if applicable).
11)        Non Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable).

12)        Domicile Certificate, clearly indicating the place of permanent residence of the father/mother (except for Outside Maharashtra .State – OMS)

13)        Indian Nationality Certificate

14)        Provisional Statement of Eligibility from University of Mumbai, Kalina – those students who have graduated from other than University of Mumbai.

15)        GAP Certificate on Rs.100 Stamp Paper (Notarized). Those who have passed degree on or before 2009.

16)        Proforma F can be fill by PH1, PH2, & PH3 (Orthopedic Disorder) Proforma F  only fill by PH3 (Learning Disability) Candidates.

17)        For Candidates who have changed their name/or in whose name there is difference in the certificate should give an affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper (Notarized).

Note: The fee is provisional and the final fee for the 2010-2011, 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 will be decided by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti / Competent Authority and the student will have to pay the difference (if any) as decided by them.
